The provisions of PCC 13.06.590 through 13.06.610 shall be applicable to all uses of the POTW, whether pursuant to a permit or not, that are contrary to any provision of the Pierce County Industrial Pretreatment Regulations. All provisions of any applicable State or federal regulations or statutes also apply and are not supplanted by these Regulations. Any activity or use that is contrary to this Chapter shall be an unlawful public nuisance and also subject to the provisions contained within this Chapter.
