13.06.560 Publication of Users in Significant Non-Compliance.

The County shall publish annually, in a newspaper of general circulation in the municipality where the POTW is located, a list of the users which, during the previous 12 months, were in significant non-compliance with applicable pretreatment standards and requirements. The term significant non-compliance is defined in PCC 13.06.030.
