Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of this Chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine of not exceeding two hundred fifty dollars, or by imprisonment in the county jail for a period of not exceeding ninety days.
