A. The Director of the Pierce County Parks and Recreation Department shall cause to be posted at all public boat accesses within County parks, the specific rules for each body of water as set forth in this Chapter.

B. Owners and proprietors of private boat access to waters in the County shall cause to be posted within 25 feet of the ramp, a copy of the specific rules as given above.
