A disinfecting process or procedure providing a minimum free chlorine residual or such other process or procedure established by the Board of Health shall be used in all public or semipublic swimming and wading pools. The disinfecting process or procedure must be capable of adequate and continuous disinfection of water throughout the pool during the period such pool is in use.
