Hearings provided by this Chapter on the suspension or revocation of a permit and/or regarding an order of the Health Officer shall be conducted by the Health Officer at such time and place as the Health Officer shall designate. At any such hearing, the permit holder may appear in person, or through a representative, and may testify, call witnesses and cross-examine witnesses testifying against him/her. The Health Officer shall make findings and shall sustain, modify or rescind any official notice or order considered at such hearing, and shall furnish a copy of his/her written decision to the permit holder within five working days.
