The Health Officer shall enforce this Chapter and the Rules and Regulations of the Board of Health. The Board of Health shall establish such enforcement procedures as are necessary to ensure proper enforcement of the Rules and Regulations adopted pursuant to this Chapter. The Board shall also establish an appeals procedure for persons who feel aggrieved by any final order or decision of the Health Officer.
