All persons licensed, or otherwise allowed, to do business or conduct operations of any kind at the Pierce County Airports shall obtain and keep a current copy of the AR&R in their office or place of business conspicuously available for public inspection. Copies of the AR&R may be obtained from the Airport Administrator at the cost to Pierce County for providing them.
