Whenever a violation of the provisions of this Chapter constitutes a public nuisance, the Prosecuting Attorney may bring action on behalf of the County or the enforcement agency, for abatement, damages, and/or mandatory or prohibitory relief as provided for by law (RCW 7.48.010; .200).
