The sole method of judicial review from a decision of the Pierce County Hearing Examiner shall be before the Superior Court for Pierce County. Notice of appeal shall be filed with the Clerk of the Court within 10 days of the action or decision by which a person is aggrieved.

Any person whose license or permit is revoked shall, within 30 days thereafter, humanely dispose of all animals owned, kept, or harbored by such person, or be sold, or given away, and no part of the permit or license fee shall be refunded.
