Except for the Cities and Towns member who shall be a non-voting member, each appointed member of the Committee shall be entitled to one vote on any matter duly before the Committee.

An action taken by a simple majority of members present at a meeting of the Committee shall constitute a recommendation, pursuant to PCC 2.93.110, provided that a quorum is present. All votes must be polled and recorded.

All meetings of the Committee shall be open to the public pursuant to the Open Public Meetings Act, Chapter 42.30 RCW.
