The class of historic property which shall be eligible for special valuation in accordance with the State Act shall be property which is a historic property meeting the criteria or requirement as set forth and defined in the State Act, and which is listed on the Pierce County Register of Historic Places by Ordinance of the County Council in accordance with the provisions of this Chapter. The Landmarks and Historic Preservation Commission shall act as the Local Review Board and enter into agreements referred to in WAC 254-20.
