2.87.040 Terms of Office for Voting Members.
This section is included in your selections.
After the RMAAC is created, the first terms of the voting members shall be staggered as follows:
A. Two members shall be appointed for two years;
B. Two members shall be appointed for three years; and
C. Three members shall be appointed for four years.
Thereafter, members shall be appointed for 4-year terms. No appointed member of the RMAAC shall serve more than two consecutive full terms.
