A Standards Review Subcommittee shall be established by the Pierce County Water Utilities Coordinating Committee (WUCC) and shall convene at least annually to review these standards and their implementation or any proposed changes to these standards. The Subcommittee shall seek input from the Pierce County Fire Marshal and the fire districts in matters related to fire protection standards. Recommendations of the Standards Review Committee shall be submitted to the WUCC and, if revisions are approved, they shall be forwarded to the County Council for consideration, hearings and adoption.
