Wetlands. The determination of ILF credits needed to compensate for unavoidable wetland impacts will be determined by the use of the most recent edition of the Washington State Department of Ecology guidance document, Calculating Credits and Debits for Compensatory Mitigation in Wetlands of Western Washington, Washington State Department of Ecology publication #10-06-11, or as hereafter amended. The determination of credits needed from an ILF program for non-wetland aquatic resource impacts will be determined by accepted credit determination methods, at the discretion of PPW, in collaboration with external regulatory agencies.
