This Chapter provides regulations for the permitting of temporary events to insure an adequate level of safety and compatibility while accommodating events that serve to enhance our quality of life. Examples of events include, but are not limited to, fairs, concerts, tourism at farms, movies, dances, races, regattas, parades, runs, walks, festivals, sporting events, street fairs, arts and crafts shows, carnivals, circuses or similar transient amusement or recreational activities, rallies, and rodeos.
