Within either 180 days after the effective date of a categorical pretreatment standard, or the final administrative decision on a category determination under 40 CFR 403.6(a)(4), whichever is later, users currently discharging to or scheduled to discharge to the POTW which are covered by new or existing categorical regulations (new sources) shall submit to the County a report containing the information listed in PCC 13.06.260. The report shall be signed as required under PCC 13.06.270. The report shall include the method of pretreatment the user intends to use to meet applicable categorical standards and give estimates of the anticipated flow and quantity of pollutants discharged.
