The requirements of PCC 10.44.030 and 10.44.040 may be modified, altered or waived by the Department if it is determined that such modification, alteration, or waiver will comply with the intent of this Chapter to provide a logical and sequential addressing system. Such exceptions should be approved by the Department, the affected fire district, and the Emergency 9-l-l coordinator.
