In the event of an emergency or an emergency repair necessary to protect the public, restore service or mitigate further damage to the system, a Grantee may commence such repair and emergency response work as required under the circumstances, provided the Grantee shall notify the County Engineer or designee as promptly as possible, before such repair or emergency work or as soon thereafter as possible if advance notice is not practicable, in accordance with PCC 17B.10.060 B.
