The County Engineer shall maintain a list of certain County roads with a designation of the maximum speed limits thereon as established by ordinance of the Pierce County Council. The list shall be kept on file in the offices of the County Engineer. Said list shall be made available to the public during all normal business hours. The maximum speed limit on all County roads not included in the listing is 25 miles per hour as specified in PCC 10.40.010.
