A person may operate a wheeled all-terrain vehicle on the following County roadways within Pierce County, subject to the restrictions and regulations of this Chapter:

A. All County roadways, in the unincorporated portion of Pierce County, with speed limits of 35 miles per hour or less, meeting the following criteria, except those County roadways listed in PCC 10.26.045:

1. South of Joint Base Lewis McChord;

2. South of 224th Street East between State Route 7 and Orting-Kapowsin Highway East;

3. South and east of Orting-Kapowsin Highway between 224th Street East and 162nd Avenue East at the City of Orting;

4. South and east of State Route 162 between the City of Orting and State Route 165;

5. South and east of State Route 165 between State Route 162 and the City of Buckley; and

6. East of the City of Buckley and south of the White River.

B. County roadways, in the unincorporated portion of Pierce County, with dual speed limits specifically posted for the allowable usage of wheeled all-terrain vehicles meeting the requirements listed in PCC 10.26.030.

C. County roadways, in the unincorporated portion of Pierce County, specifically designated for the allowable usage of wheeled all-terrain vehicles meeting the requirements listed in PCC 10.26.030.

1. Alder Cutoff Road E between Scott Turner Road E and the Eatonville Town Limits;

2. Orting-Kapowsin Hwy E between 150th Ave E and the City of Orting boundary on the east side of the Calistoga Bridge;

3. 188th St E between Orting-Kapowsin Hwy E and 150th Ave E;

4. 150th Ave E between 188th Ave E and 176th St E;

5. 176th St E between 159th Ave E and 159th Ave E;

6. 159th Ave E between 176th St E and Leach Road E; and

7. Leach Road E between 159th Ave E and Orting-Kapowsin Hwy E.

D. State route roadway segments, in the unincorporated portion of Pierce County, specifically designated for the allowable usage of wheeled all-terrain vehicles meeting the requirements listed in PCC 10.26.030 as follows:

1. State Route 7 between mile post 16.82 and mile post 17.18 near Elbe.

2. State Route 706 between mile post 0.00 and 0.06 near Elbe.

3. State Route 706 between mile post 7.26 and 7.94 near Ashford.
