Anyone violating or failing to comply with any of the provisions of this Chapter or lawful order of the Health Officer shall upon conviction thereof be punishable by a fine of not to exceed $300.00. Anyone found guilty of a violation shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense for every day during any portion of which any violation of any provision of this Chapter is committed, continued or permitted.
