The Health Officer shall enforce this Chapter and the rules and regulations of the Board of Health. The Health Officer may with the consent of the occupant thereof or pursuant to a lawfully issued warrant enter any building or premises at any reasonable time to perform any of the duties imposed on him/her by this Chapter and the Board of Health rules and regulations established in accordance herewith.
