Any person violating or failing to comply with any of the provisions of this Chapter, the Board of Health Rules and Regulations, or any lawful order of the Health Officer shall upon conviction be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor. Any person found guilty of a violation shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense for every day during any portion of which any violation of any provision of this Chapter, or Board of Health Rules and Regulations, or any lawful order of the Health Officer is committed, continued, or permitted.
