The 2021 Tacoma-Pierce County Solid and Hazardous Waste Management Plan shall be maintained, reviewed and revised as required periodically by Chapter 70A.205 RCW. All revisions for Pierce County shall be adopted by and through the ordinance procedure of the Pierce County Council.
