The Pierce County Human Services Department shall engage the public in the development of the Behavioral Health Improvement Plan, including subsequent updates. Consistent with PCC 2.51.070, the Department shall give public notice at such intervals it deems appropriate that the Behavioral Health Improvement Plan is being developed and/or revised, and such public notice must at minimum specify that County funds are available for the support of behavioral health treatment programs and services.
