When it appears to the public official, or Prosecuting Attorney, that the remedies provided by this Chapter are not sufficient to abate the nuisance, the Prosecuting Attorney may also pursue temporary and permanent injunctive relief, a warrant of abatement, and an order for costs and fees in Superior Court under Chapter 7.48 RCW. The provisions of this Chapter are in addition to and not in lieu of any other penalty, sanction, or right of action provided by law.
