Any advertisement, brochure, pamphlet, telephone label, or related public notice which is printed or published regarding citizen access to police, fire or emergency medical assistance which bears the 9-1-1 emergency telephone number or logo shall not include any other telephone number or recommend the use of any particular commercial establishment or business when using the 9-1-1 telephone system.
