This Chapter creates a Utility and a funding methodology which provides resources to plan and manage the County's water supplies and/or water rights and to plan, manage, design, construct, and maintain a water supply system related to the Sewer Utility's water rights on the Chambers Creek Properties and on other Sewer Utility sites.
