Unless specifically designated in this Chapter as a misdemeanor or gross misdemeanor, any violation of this Chapter is unlawful and shall constitute a Class 3 Civil Infraction pursuant to Chapter 1.16 PCC. Such penalty is in addition to any other remedies or penalties specifically provided in this Title. For each act herein prohibited of a continuing nature, each day shall be considered a separate offense.
