All airport funds received from user fees, leasehold payments, real estate excise tax allocations grants, or any other airport revenue received by the County shall be deposited in the Airport Fund. Cash balances not needed for projected expenditures shall be invested in legally permissible interest earning instruments for the benefit of the Airport Fund.
