Within seven days of receipt of an application for an erotic dance studio license, the Auditor shall transmit copies of such application to the Sheriff for review and recommendation, and to the Fire Prevention Bureau and the Planning and Public Works Department for review and report as to the Applicant's compliance with all applicable fire, building, and zoning requirements of Pierce County.
