A. Applications for operation of a pawnshop in the County shall be on forms prepared by the Auditor and shall be submitted to the Auditor. Applications shall include such specific information regarding the applicant and the premises upon which the pawnshop activity is to be conducted as is required by the reviewing departments.

B. Applications for a secondhand dealer license in the County shall be on forms prepared by the Auditor and shall be submitted to the Auditor. Applications shall include such specific information regarding the applicant and the premises upon which the business of buying, selling, trading, or otherwise transferring for value secondhand property is to be conducted as is required by the reviewing departments.
