5.10.120 Peddling Flags, Emblems or Insignia of United States, Washington State or Fraternal Organizations Prohibited.

It is unlawful to peddle or give, and no peddler's license issued under the provisions of this Chapter shall authorize the peddling, or the giving, with the request for a donation in connection therewith, of any flag, emblem, badge, shield or other insignia of the United States, State of Washington, or any fraternal organization.
