By making application for the privilege of having any license included in this Title, each applicant authorizes the Auditor or his/her agent, the Sheriff and/or any other appropriate County agency to enter and inspect to ensure compliance with Code provisions, all licensed premises, or any premises in any way connected physically or otherwise with a licensed business, including vehicles used in connection therewith, at any time during normal business hours.
