This Title is enacted pursuant to the Washington State Growth Management Act (Chapter 17, Laws of 1990, 1st Extraordinary Session), and Chapter 32 Laws of 1991, 1st Special Session, RCW 82.02.050 to 82.02.100, as now in existence or as hereafter amended.
