Pursuant to RCW 84.34.230, there is hereby imposed a real property tax levy to be applied against all taxable property within Pierce County. The levy shall be applied at a rate of six and one-quarter cents per thousand dollars of assessed valuation. All monies levied pursuant to this tax shall be deposited in the Conservation Futures Fund, PCC 4.48.020 L.
