The County recognizes the importance and desirability of settling grievances of Career Service employees promptly and fairly in the interest of continued good employee relations and morale. To accomplish this, efforts will be made to settle grievances at the lowest possible level of supervision. Employees shall be unimpeded and free from restraint, interference, coercion, discrimination or reprisal in seeking administrative review of their grievances pursuant to the procedures set forth in the Administrative Guidelines or collective agreements.
