The County personnel set forth below are required to file with the County Human Resources Director by April 15 of each year for the preceding calendar year a copy of the report required to be filed by RCW 42.17A.700, as enacted or hereafter amended, and commonly referred to as Form F-1, which bears an original or electronic signature of the person filing the report:

The District Court Administrator, the Superior Court Administrator, the Executive's Chief of Staff or equivalent, all Executive department directors, and appointees to Executive department director positions, including those appointed in an acting capacity to any of these positions, shall comply with the financial disclosure requirements of this Section.
