The first meeting of the Commission shall be called by the temporary Chairperson, at which time the Commission shall select a permanent chairperson, vice-chairperson, secretary, and such other offices as it deems appropriate. It shall also establish a regular time and place for meetings and shall hold at least four meetings per year. Special meetings may be called by the Chairperson or by a majority of the current membership of the Commission upon proper notice. A majority of the current membership of the Commission shall constitute a quorum.
