The Pierce County Law Enforcement Officers and Fire Fighters Disability Board is established for the purpose of acting upon all claims for disability submitted to the Pierce County Law Enforcement Officers and Fire Fighters Retirement system and to perform all other functions, exercise all powers and make all such determinations as are specified in RCW Chapter 41.26.
