The Pierce County Agriculture Advisory Commission (Commission) is hereby created and shall hereafter be referred to as the "Commission." The members of the Commission shall be appointed by the Pierce County Executive (Executive) and confirmed by a majority of the Pierce County Council (Council), pursuant to Section 3.30 of the Pierce County Charter.
