Each LUAC shall follow Roberts Rules of Order. Action taken by a simple majority of members present at any given meeting shall constitute a recommendation pursuant to PCC 2.45.130, provided a quorum is present. If known in advance that a quorum will not be present, the meeting will be rescheduled for the next regularly scheduled meeting date and no advertising will be sent; or, in the event of a lack of quorum at a meeting, the Commission members present shall continue the business of the Commission to the next regularly scheduled meeting date. All votes shall be polled and recorded. All meetings shall be open to the public, pursuant to Chapter 42.30 RCW, the Open Public Meetings Act.
