The B-25 Board shall make recommendations to the County Executive and County Council on the funding and monitoring of projects and programs that receive funding from the Taxpayer Accountability Fund created pursuant to PCC 4.48.020.P. Taxpayer Accountability Fund projects and programs recommended for funding by the B-25 Board shall be identified and reviewed through a Request for Proposal process administered by the Human Services Department and shall be subject to the requirements of PCC 4.48.020.P.
