2.43.040 Term of Office.

Members of the Board shall be appointed by the County Executive and confirmed by a majority of the Council by Resolution. The Board shall consist of 21 voting members.
Effective January 1, 2022, the first terms of the Board's voting members shall be staggered as follows:
A. Five shall be appointed for one year;
B. Five shall be appointed for two years; and
C. Eleven shall be appointed for three years.
Thereafter, the successors to the first appointment shall be appointed for three-year terms.
