The Commission shall meet at least four times each year. All meetings shall be open to the public. The Commission shall adopt Rules before it transacts business, and a current copy of the Rules shall be provided to the Pierce County Executive and the Clerk of the Pierce County Council. The Commission shall keep a written summary of its transactions of business.
