2.42.040 Terms of Office.
This section is included in your selections.
After the Commission is created, the first terms of the members shall be staggered as follows:
A. Five members shall be appointed for four years; and
B. Four members shall be appointed for three years.
C. Remaining members shall serve two years.
Thereafter, successors to the first appointments shall be appointed for 4-year terms. No member of the Commission shall be eligible to serve more than two full consecutive terms.
