A. Review and comment on the annual improvement and maintenance plan proposed by the Department;

B. Assist in identifying other funding sources and securing funding for improvement and maintenance activities; and

C. Assist in communicating with the public and District landowners regarding improvement and management activities and other issues of interest or concern.
