The Board shall meet at least four times per calendar year, or as otherwise determined by majority vote; provided, however, that all meetings shall be open to the public, with notice provided as required by Chapter 42.30 RCW. All official business of the Board, including but not limited to deliberations, discussions, considerations, and evaluations, shall occur at an open public meeting, as required by Chapter 42.30 RCW. All records of the board, written or electronic, are public records and subject to disclosure under Chapter 42.56 RCW.
