There is hereby created the Spanaway Lake Management District Citizen Advisory Board (Board). The Board is to be an integral part of the management of the District, serving to provide recommendations to the Pierce County Planning and Public Works Department (Department), and to the Council, regarding lake improvement and maintenance activities as well as any other issues of interest or concern that the Board determines appropriate.
